Debbie from Deb’s Hidden Cafe!

Hailing from Thorburn, Nova Scotia, Debbie has spent most of her life in the food industry around Pictou County. Working in local restaurants that cooked traditional East Coast meals form Fish n Chips, Donairs, Pictou County famous brown sauce pizza and of course she can do anything with Lobster!

Moving her business from Pictou, Nova Scotia to the rural small town of Scotsburn, Nova Scotia, has been a blessing for the community. Her hidden cafe has always been found by the local motorsport recreation community (ATV and Snowmobilers) as she is located on Route 551.

Debbie will greet you with a smile and a menu in hand when you enter the doors. The smell of a warm cup of tea or coffee is always in the air in the cafe along with her smile as she will be cooking her homestyle baked goods in the kitchen.

Before you leave you can choose a wide variety of preserved jams, jelly, mustard goods with over 50 different types to choose from. These products have received numerous awards over the years.

From catering events, delivering her pizza to local areas, Holiday treats, fresh fish to even a massive Scotsburn Burger with a steak knife in the middle to help hold it all together, this little hidden gem is a top place to you must stop in for a good meal and to make some friends.
